		<description><![CDATA[We take children from 2.5years term time, and have a variety of available options for hours&nbsp;for admissions.&nbsp;Contact us to organise a visit/receive a&nbsp;registration form to complete and return to&nbsp;be added to our waiting list.

Option&nbsp;

1 &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;9 - 12pm (3hrs)

2 &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;9 - 1pm (4hrs)

3 &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;9 - 3pm (6hrs)

At Hornton School we accept funded 2 year olds, &nbsp;funded 3-4 year olds for both 15 and 30 hours free funding.

Free education and childcare for 2-year-olds

Your 2-year-old can get free childcare if you live in England and get one of the following benefits:


	Income Support
	income-based Jobseeker&rsquo;s Allowance (JSA)
	income-related Employment and Support Allowance (ESA)
	Universal Credit, and your household income is &pound;15,400 a year or less after tax, not including benefit payments
	child tax credits, and your household income is &pound;16,190 a year or less before tax
	the guaranteed element of Pension Credit
	the Working Tax Credit 4-week run on (the payment you get when you stop qualifying for Working Tax Credit)


2-year-olds can also get free childcare if they:


	are looked after by a local authority
	have a statement of&nbsp;special education needs (SEN)&nbsp;or an education, health and care (EHC) plan
	get&nbsp;Disability Living Allowance
	have left care under an adoption order, special guardianship order or a child arrangements order

15 hours free childcare for 3 and 4-year-olds

All 3 to 4-year-olds in England can get 570 free hours per year. &nbsp;It&rsquo;s taken as 15 hours a week term time,&nbsp;38 weeks of the year at Hornton School.

The free early education and childcare&nbsp;stops when your child starts in reception&nbsp;(or reaches compulsory school age, if later).

You get funding&nbsp;from the term after your child&rsquo;s 3rd birthday.

30 hours free childcare

Some 3 to 4-year-olds are also eligible for 30 hours free childcare a week.&nbsp;Check if you&rsquo;re eligible and find out how to apply.

The childcare&nbsp;stops when your child starts in reception&nbsp;(or reaches compulsory school age, if later).

If you&rsquo;ve already registered, you can&nbsp;sign in to your childcare account.

You can apply online for a childcare account to get a code for 30 hours. &nbsp;This code we will&nbsp;need along with the National Insurance number you applied with to set it up on our system.

When to apply

You can apply from when your child is 2 years and 36 weeks old.

You can apply outside these recommended dates, but you might not receive your code in time. You must have a valid code by the end of the month before a new term starts.

You have to reconfirm your eligibility every 3 months. If you apply more than 3 months before the term starts, you&rsquo;ll have to reconfirm your eligibility in your account in order to keep your code valid.

Parent declaration form 2021&nbsp;(docx format, 37KB)&nbsp;To claim funding for any 2, 3 or 4 year olds.. &nbsp;This will need to be completed at the start of September, January and April. &nbsp;If it is your first time claiming we will need to see your child&#39;s birth certificate, so we can sign off that part of the form.
